What we'd need...

We are looking for a VP of Marketing who’ll lead, coordinate and align all our marketing activities to drive demand: SEO & advertising campaigns, content marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, events and PR.

Your responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you’re a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.


Some of your responsibilities will be...

  • Craft strategies for all marketing teams, including, Advertising, Content, SEO, Communications, Events and PR.
  • Coordinating all the lead and demand generation activities across all digital and offline channels (recommending the most appropriate marketing mix required to deliver a strong return on investment and generation of marketing leads and pipeline): Inbound and Content marketing, Outbound Marketing, Referral Programs, Paid Media, Lead development / management, PR activities, offline events and partnerships, etc.
  • Developing a content strategy and coordinating the effort of content syndication and content creation across different levels to achieve B2B strategic goals: sales collaterals, educational assets, thought leadership pieces etc.
  • Developing integrated multi-touch multi-channel cadences to support the effort of local sales teams.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
  • Act as the pivotal element between Marketing and Sales, aiming to optimize the conversion rates in the B2B pipeline while building strong, trusted relationships with the Sales Leadership to ensure the Marketing and Sales organizations work closely together and are intimately aligned.
  • Closely monitor the investment and ROI of the B2B growth campaigns, including full ownership and accountability on the conversion funnel of the self service channel.
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
  • Creating and understanding buyer personas for the B2B market across all markets.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share and roll-out and pioneer B2B growth experiments in all countries leveraging all digital channels.
  • People management: manage a team of 5+ including setting, monitoring and reporting of team goals.
  • Prepare, monitor and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.


This is you:

  • 5+ years of experience  as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing within a B2B SaaS industry focusing on SMB and mid market.
  • Must have experience in B2B marketing, experience with Account Based Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience managing relationships with internal sales stakeholders and business development representatives.
  • Cross-country or regional experience would be a plus.
  • Superb attention to detail, personal organization and excellent planning & management skills to coordinate complex products with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven knowledge of key metrics and strategies that can increase B2B conversions, including performance campaigns across multiple platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Google Display, Facebook, etc.).
  • Ability to analyse and interpret performance management data and make recommendations to optimise the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities. Solid knowledge of web analytics and funnel conversions is a must.
  • Hands-on & hustle: Willing to get insights from the data, execute and run quick hypothesis tests to drive fast Growth.
  • Exceptional organisation and leadership skills. Experience of successfully delivering multiple project.
  • Experience of working with marketing automation tools: Hubspot, SalesForce (Pardot) or Marketo knowledge is a plus.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work effectively with ambiguity and has resilience to deal with setbacks and challenges.
  • BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Fluent level of Spanish and English.

  • Good level in French, German or Italian languages.
