What we'd need...

We are looking for a high-performing Manager to lead our Outbound SDR team and drive amazing results at the top of the sales funnel. The ideal candidate has a proven history of coaching Sales Development Representatives to exceed their monthly, quarterly and annual meeting quotas. You will be responsible for maximizing our Sales Development Representative team potential, crafting outreach strategies and supporting the team in the execution of the plans.

Some of your responsabilities will be...

  • Set and communicate clear objectives for individual team members - and hold the team to them
  • Work with senior leadership to build on our existing lead generation and pipeline development strategies to improve efficiency across the sales organization
  • Recruit, develop and retain exceptional talent
  • Cultivate and maintain a culture of perpetual coaching, routine enablement, and inspirational leadership
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results and creative incentives

This is you:

  • Fluent level of Spanish and English.
  • Successful previous experience as an SDR or managing a sales development team in a fast-paced, highly competitive software sales environment
  • Consistent track record of identifying team needs and successfully implementing solutions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, SaaS startup environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Proven experience using CRM software (Salesforce).

These are not mandatory, but if you have them, we'd be very happy :)

  • Good level in French languages
  • Proven experience opening new markets.
  • BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Smart and fast-learner, but humble enough to give and accept constructive feedback.
  • Someone who always puts the team and company goals before his/her own professional goals.
  • Passionate about the continuous improvement of processes, as well as excellence-oriented.
