Sales Manager for the French Market

The Role

Reporting to our International Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for our French sales team Lead our French Sales Team (Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives) based in Barcelona. You’ll provide guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team.

Some of your responsibilities will be...

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Own recruiting, goal setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the French Sales team
  • Lead the ongoing training of your salespeople
  • Develop your sales team through motivation, coach and product knowledge education
  • Promote the organization and products
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products

 This is you 

  • 3 years experience selling digital solutions in the French market
  • Proven experience managing sales teams
  • Leadership skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Organization skills
  • Communication Skills, being comfortable to have meetings both face-to-face and through video-conference and phone
  • Problem solving skills
  • Tech-savvy
  • Bilingual/Native French speaker
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
