What we'd need...

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximising our Sales Squads (full cycle sales) team potential, crafting sales plans and defending those to plans to the upper management.


Some of your responsibilities will be...

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Squads (Sales Development Representative and Account Executive) responsible for the expansion in Europe (France and Germany)
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the Sales Squads 
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify trends in the markets under your responsibility as well as market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.


 This is you 

  • BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluent level of Spanish and/or English
  • Successful previous experience as Sales Manager or working with full cycle sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven experience using CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Strong business sense and SaaS industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.


These are not mandatory, but if you have them, we'd be very happy :)

  • Good level in German, French or Italian languages.
  • Proven experience opening new markets.

  • You are motivated by challenges, and you don’t get easily overwhelmed when there are lots of things to do.
  • Smart and fast-learner, but humble enough to give and accept constructive feedback.
  • Someone who always puts the team and company goals before his/her own professional goals.
  • Passionate about the continuous improvement of processes, as well as excellence-oriented.
