What we'd need...

We are looking for a Customer Success Advocate Lead to join our Customer Success team and help us deliver a personal, high-quality post-sales experience to lay strong foundations and ensure the success of our customer’s, maximize customer satisfaction and retention of our customer base.

Some of your responsibilities will be...

  • Manage strategic client relationships to ensure customer time to value, satisfaction, renewal and expansion from deployment phase onwards
  • Generate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, becoming a reference within key accounts
  • Coach/mentor a growing team of Customer Success Managers on driving successful engagements and building strong relationships within their accounts
  • Be a trusted and knowledgeable advisor
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Interpret customer requirements to product capabilities, taking customer’s goals, objectives and business processes to propose the best solution within Signaturit
  • Monitor and communicate the progress of account plans internally and externally
  • Forecast and track key deployment, adoption, and expansion metrics
  • Identify potential “at risk” clients to address issues proactively and minimize downsells and churn
  • Create repeatable programs with clients to drive usage, adoption, renewals and ultimately expansion
  • Share best practices to ensure informed decisions are being made
  • Analyze customer’s data inputs for trends, distribution and other statistical aspects
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure client needs are being met; coordinating amongst implementation, sales, marketing, and product teams

This is you

  • Bachelor degree preferable in Business Administration
  • Proven SaaS account management experience with a demonstrated track record of success (Customer Success experience is a plus)
  • Experience managing commercial teams in fast-paced growth scenarios
  • Proactive, positive, self-starter with a love for continually improving the processes around you
  • Passionate about customer success and making life simpler with technology
  • Familiarity with Sales/CS cycles in competitive markets
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbally). German or any other European language is definitely a plus!
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
  • Curious, detail oriented and analytical
  • Experience in working with CRM & Helpdesk software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Tech-savvy:, understanding API concepts and terminology in order to assist with technical questions and upsell opportunities
  • You enjoy working with customers and making them happy, constantly trying to find creative solutions to suit their different needs
  • You are a team player always willing to have fun with your Signabuddies!

These are not mandatory, but if you have them, we'd be very happy :)

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Good level of data analysis skills.

  • You are motivated by challenges, and you don’t get easily overwhelmed when there are lots of things to do.
  • Smart and fast-learner, but humble enough to give and accept constructive feedback.
  • Someone who always puts the team and company goals before his/her own professional goals.
  • Passionate about the continuous improvement of processes, as well as excellence-oriented.
