What we'd need...

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll be “a force multiplier” and the critical link between the development and the execution of the sales strategy and go-to-market strategy.

You will be responsible for collecting and evaluating sales information and using that information to maximize sales productivity, you also will be responsible for the business performance, strategy, and conversion rates. Working closely with our COO and VP Sales, your final goal is to give the necessary information and support to the Sales team in order to maximize sales effectiveness.

Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue for the company. This will be achieved by running competitive analysis, conducting forecasting, and making recommendations on how the sales, marketing, and other teams should move forward.

 

Some of your responsibilities will be...

Responsible for the sales processes: 

  • Drive improvements in our sales process and coverage model through scalable analytics.
  • Work cross-functionally to establish reporting standards.
  • Work closely with the sales executives on different process optimization projects.
  • Forecasting and Data management: performing a quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to determine the effectiveness of the sales process.
  • Identifying aspects of improvement in business processes that help greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for the management of the different tools used by the Sales team: oversee the use of various applications and platforms to ensure the quality of the information handled in the CRM 
  • Responsible for Sales KPIs: maintains existing sales reports and designs new reports as needed 
  • Responsible for any Go-to-market matter: account segmentation and assignation, quota calculation and deployment, achievement versus budget and sales strategies/campaigns, sales policies.
  • Responsible for the sales compensation: design sales compensation plans, calculate achievement and sales variable for the Sales organization


This is you...

  • University/Bachelor’s degree
  • +3 years of experience in Sales Operations, both in a national and international environment. Preferably in contexts with sales flows with several stakeholders and predictable revenue models. 
  • Experience in B2B companies.
  • Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills with experience analyzing complex datasets using Excel, Google sheets, Quicksignt or SQL
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce
  • Ability to balance priorities and work productively in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, proactive, and results-oriented person
  • Able to work autonomously, considering different variables and situations in order to propose solutions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Desire to continue learning and face the new challenges
  • Proficiency in Spanish and High level/fluid written and spoken English

 

Nice to have, but not mandatory:

  • Experience with Quicksight.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Maths or Statistics.
