Inside Sales Representative

We're willing to onboard a new Sales Rockstar to our team, and we'd love to meet you!

Objectives of this role:

  • Driving new business growth (MRR) for the company by managing a queue of inbound leads generated by marketing, events, and organic channels
  • Manage an end to end sales process of inbound leads, from prospecting to closing in the shortest time possible and with the best quality.


Responsibilities - you’ll mainly work on:

  • Contacting and qualifying inbound leads in less then 2 hours (during business hours)
  • Scheduling Demos to aligning Signaturit’s solutions with clients needs
  • Ensuring customer needs are met by routing queries to the correct internal teams
  • Prepping business cases, managing proposals and negotiating 
  • Increasing conversion rate 
  • Reporting 
  • Forecasting current month and quarterly business
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue targets 


Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role (or position in Sales), in SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Native Spanish or French Speaker, and speak English at a fluent level.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Degree / Master in Business, Marketing or related studies


Nice to have:

  • Proven Experience working with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Good level of data analysis skills.
