What we'd need...

As the Global Channel Manager (Head of Partnerships) at Signaturit you will be responsible for developing an ecosystem of partners who use their skills to help our mutual customers transform their business through digital trust services. 

You will use your experience in developing go to market pathways to build an organization that will recognize opportunities, build solutions, develop necessary business operations and align go to market with our partners. 

Our vision is to build trust in the digital environment, letting people use digital tools to increase their productivity and efficiency when reaching agreements.


Some of your responsabilities will be...

  • You will act as a thought leader within the space and actively seek opportunities to increase Signaturit’s brand visibility.
  • Execute Signaturit’s partner strategy by engaging partners around mutual solutions (technology or services) that enhance our customer’s experience with the Signaturit platform 
  • Work with all functional teams within Signaturit to realize the opportunities you identify 
  • Develop operational infrastructure to support our partnering efforts 
  • Build and develop a team of world-class partner development professionals


This is you

  • Deep background (5+ years experience) and demonstrated success in multiple partnering models including resell, systems integration, OEM, consulting (GSI) and technology.
  • Experience building partner ecosystems for SMB & Midmarket segments from the ground up. This is a hands-on builder role.
  • Demonstrated skill in building, coaching and leading a team of partner professionals.
  • The ability to work expertly with all functional groups within Signaturit including product, marketing, sales and operations.
  • Develop and maintain business plans with focus partners, establishing clear, mutual commitments around marketing, readiness/skills development, services offerings, and business growth. 
  • Broker internal resources, tools, references and/or investments needed to execute on the business plans in order to help partners meet the set goals.
  • Drive execution across activities involved in the completion of commitments and goals established in the business plan, including identifying integration investments, partner led lead generation-related activities, training and readiness, and certification of technical and business resources, while maintaining a clear view of the return on mutual investments.
  • Define customer-centric and industry-specific use cases for Signaturit to go after via service partners. Build an ecosystem of service partners for Signaturit’s digital trust offerings.
  • You speak English & Spanish fluently (proficiency in both).

  • You are motivated by challenges, and you don’t get easily overwhelmed when there are lots of things to do.
  • Smart and fast-learner, but humble enough to give and accept constructive feedback.
  • Someone who always puts the team and company goals before his/her own professional goals.
  • Passionate about the continuous improvement of processes, as well as excellence-oriented.
